Details of our One Call “Testing Assurance”

1. Comprehensive Load test of frame:
   The 850mm x 850mm test frame with vertical tension cables spacing out at 75mm apart was placed onto the test bed of the Universal Testing machine (UTM). An indentor plate with a dimension of 600mm x600mm was then placed at the centre of the test frame. Compressive load was applied to the indentor till failure occurs and the maximum load was recorded at 1305kg.
2. Breaking load test of steel cable:
   The cable was grip by the jaws of the universal testing machine. Tension was applied at a rate of 10mm/min until the cable snap at 202 kg.
3. Stainless steel 316 test:
   2mm stainless steel was tested on a chemical composition on the 2mm stainless steel complied with the specification of SS316.

No Gap Between The Panels
Our SkyBlinds has no gap between the panels like the roller blinds do. So, you do not have to worry whether the rain or insects will go in. It has a weather-resistant vertical aluminum bars at bottom.

All you need is a measuring stick to measure the width and the height of the window or the place that you want to put the Roller Blinds.

The window restrictor is generally used on high windows to prevent windows opening too far and thereby presenting a hazard to young children. So, using the window restrictor will definitely keep your children safe.
